We are a family run company and started making and selling detailing and valeting supplies in the midlands to local garages and have grown and grown over the last 30 years. We now have two warehouses and thousands of customers ranging from professional detailers to high-end car dealers and racing teams sending products all over the UK. Even though we have grown so much we still hand make most of our products, paying close attention to detail and maintaining the highest of quality. Having established our strong brand over 30 years we can guarantee to provide the best producst at the most competative prices and some of the finest quality cloths and accessories that can be found.   • Do you offer refunds?

    We may offer refunds for damaged goods when sufficient proof is provided.

  • How do I track my order?

    All orders are sent with Royal Mail and are fully trackable and signed for. When we send you parcel you will be sent a tracking number.

  • Do your products include VAT & where's my invoice?

    All products include 20% VAT in the prices you see.

    Your VAT Invoice is available on the order page. Click the relevant orded and it will be at the bottom of the page.

  • What are your delivery options?

    We charge postage based on your parcels weight.

     0-2 KG - £3.50

     2+ KG - £6.95

    Spend Over £60 and It's FREE

    If you're local you could always collect in person and save on shipping costs!

  • What is your returns policy?

    If you wish to return something please contact us first. The products can only be returned if they; have not been opened and have not been damaged. The buyer is responsibly for paying for the return shipping.
